We keep the workouts fresh, and we are committed to providing you with the most effective way to master proper technique. All of our movements are scalable, meaning you will be able to participate in the Workout Of the Day (WOD) no matter what your skill level. In our gym, you will find barbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, medicine balls, battle ropes, and MORE! You will be squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing. We will teach you how to perform these functional movements safely by focusing on efficient movement patterns, which ultimately enables you to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury at the same time.
The safety of our athletes is our primary concern. Mastering the movements and having body awareness is key to fitness success and keeping our athletes safe from injury. It is our strong desire to start new DRC athletes in our CrossFit Lite program. This includes seasoned athletes who are new to CrossFit as well as newcomers to the fitness world. Our CrossFit Lite program is designed to help new CrossFitters learn functional movements safely by focusing on efficient movement patterns. Our skill breakdown progressions provide you with the most effective way to master proper technique.
You must train smart. Our coaching cues and progression breakdowns make mastering the physical skills easier, as well as ensure you remain healthy and enhance your performance simultaneously.
You cannot out train bad nutrition. This not only includes food quality, but macronutrient and micronutrient profiles.
