CrossFit Lite is perfect for athletes at all levels who are starting a CrossFit program.

Our CrossFit Lite class includes the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) with a strong focus on proper technique by using effective breakdown progressions that allow you to achieve efficient body mechanics using scaled-down weights.

Athletes can choose to stay with a CrossFit Lite level membership or they can select to change to a CrossFit level membership as they become more comfortable and familiar with the movements and progressions.
