Get the results you’re looking for by learning how to move more efficient at a high intensity
Our CrossFit program is the core of our strength and conditioning program. We use functional movements that are constantly varied at a high intensity. The programing of our classes include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, body weight movements and other exercises. We use barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, rowers, assault bikes, gymnastics rings and bars, as well as ropes and other functional equipment.
This class is designed for members who have some previous experience with CrossFit. If you are new to CrossFit, regardless of your fitness level, we do recommend starting in our CrossFit Lite class, in order to enhance your experience and keep you healthy.
