Group Training

Our expert coaches will guide you through a constantly varied, high intensity workout where you will perform functional movements using barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, rowers, assault bikes, gymnastics rings and bars, as well as ropes and other functional equipment. We provide weight and movement options for every skill level.

Is CrossFit / High Intensity training right for me?

This training provides intense workouts that strip body fat and build lean muscle by combining cardio and strength training in a high intensity group atmosphere. Our top priority is movement quality because this allows you to increase intensity and load safely, ultimately getting you results quicker.
