Krysten played high school sports and tried to maintain an active lifestyle at every globo-gym imaginable. However, she struggled to maintain a consistent, healthy lifestyle. She was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and never looked back. After two years of training, she wanted to learn more about the movements and understand the true foundation. So she became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in 2014.
Aside from Krysten’s love for pizza, wine and chocolate, she is motivated by all the amazing people she gets to coach and call friends at the DRC. Her hope is to motivate those who understand the struggle is real.
